STFM Conference Partnership Details and Cost

Partnerships for the STFM Annual Spring Conference are limited. STFM will only offer this opportunity to the first 15 partners who apply. Full payment must be received in the STFM office by January 31, 2026.Partnership Fee: $5000Partnership fees are not deductible as a charitable contribution. However, payments may be deductible as a business expense.

Application Process

Partnerships are limited to the first 15 accepted applicants. Each application is reviewed by the STFM External Support Review Committee. This ensures our partners will enjoy maximum visibility and interaction with conference attendees. Applicants will be notified within 5 business days regarding application status.

Support items below are separate from conference partnership packages. Contributions of $5000+ include one (1) complimentary conference registration.

President's Reception

  • Acknowledgment in the final program, mobile app, and on-site signage; invitation to reception
  • Fee: $5000

Healthy Afternoon Refreshment Break

  • High attendee demand! Includes recognition on-site and in print/mobile materials

  • Distribute approved items via STFM registration desk (must align with AMA ethics guidelines)
