2020 STFM Annual Member Business Meeting
May 5, 2020 — On Saturday, May 2, 2020, the Society of Teachers of Family Medicine held its Annual Member Business Meeting. STFM President Frederick Chen, MD, MPH, presided over the meeting.
Typically, this meeting, as well as the annual transition of STFM leadership, takes place at the STFM Annual Conference. Due to the postponement of the conference, Dr. Chen and the STFM Board of Directors called a special member meeting to be held virtually, allowing the transition of leadership to take place in May.
The meeting agenda included:
- Approval of Minutes From the 2019 Annual Member Business Meeting
- State of STFM
- Introduction of the 2020-2021 STFM Board of Directors (Incoming, Current, and Outgoing)
- Installation of Tricia Elliott, MD, 2020-2021 STFM President
- New Business Requests
