STFM looks forward to your submissions for the next STFM Conference on Medical Student Education! Submit using this link. The deadline to submit presentations is June 17, 2026.Submissions should focus on topics related to undergraduate medical student education. We strongly encourage collaborative submissions reflecting the perspectives of all individuals involved in medical student education, including department chairs, faculty, coordinators, residents, and students.We welcome engaging and interactive submissions, with an emphasis on encouraging audience participation. Proposals may include both “bread-and-butter” topics supporting the foundation of high-quality medical education, as well as innovative and creative approaches to teaching and learning.We also encourage submissions specifically designed for coordinators and other essential members of the medical education team, recognizing their vital role in supporting student education.
- Submissions must meet all the requirements of the proposed category. Review the submission categories below. Incomplete submissions will not be reviewed.
- Do not submit the same proposal in more than one category.
- Acknowledgment of receipt of submissions will be emailed automatically after you complete your submission.
- ALL PRESENTERS MUST PAY THE REGISTRATION FEE. In addition, no honoraria or travel expense reimbursement will be provided for any presenter submitting through the call for presentations.
- Presenters may not use any conference presentation to market products or services; partnerships are available for that purpose.
- Every presenter, lead and secondary, will be required to complete a faculty disclosure form indicating any financial arrangement or affiliation with any organizations that may have a direct interest in the subject matter of the continuing medical education presentation.
