Portland Marriott Downtown Waterfront

The Portland Marriott Downtown Waterfront hotel may be sold out on certain nights of the STFM conference.

Contact A Room With A View for information on the official designated STFM overflow hotels. They will secure the lowest available rates at the best available hotels within walking distance to the Portland Marriott Downtown. Reservations processed by A Room With A View are automatically on a waitlist for rooms at the Portland Marriott Downtown should cancellations occur within the STFM group block at the discounted group rate.

Make your reservations directly with the Portland Marriott Downtown Waterfront by January 9, 2020 to receive this special group rate. Rooms at this rate may sell out quickly and do not include state and local sales tax. Late arrival reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card. Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to arrival date. Check-in time is 4 pm; check-out time is noon.

The conference rate is available 3 days prior to and 3 days following the conference based on space availability at the time the reservation is made. If conference attendance exceeds expectations, rooms in the conference block may sell out prior to the cut-off date. The hotel may require a deposit for your reservation.

Request a confirmation number when making your hotel reservation. In the unlikely event that you need to cancel your reservation, ask for a cancellation confirmation. A portion of the guest-room rate is rebated to STFM to offset general meeting and information technology expenses, including WiFi.

The Portland Marriott Downtown Waterfront is approximately 10 miles from the Portland International Airport. For assistance in making your airline reservations for the conference, call Reward House, Inc., at (877).353.6690 or (816).295.3131.
